Gibson Counseling is a solidly well established group practice in the Williamson County,TX area with offices in North and South Round Rock; as well as Cedar Park. We have been actively serving our community for over 10 years. Gibson Counseling was founded on the principle of providing the best environment for all our therapists; as they, in-turn provide outstanding care for each of our clients. WHAT WE OFFER:

FLEXIBLE OFFICE SPACE***********WORK REMOTELY OR IN OFFICE**********

Remote therapists have access to flexible office space if needed for a specific client, specific time period or groups.

In office therapists are provided with their own private office. Office furnishings can be partially provided or therapists can provide and modify their space. A shared kitchen space is also provided.

BILLING / CLAIMS

We handle all the Billing. You never have to worry about insurance billing / claims and spending your time calling insurances companies. Our administrative team is responsible for all claims and collects from clients as well, when necessary. We accept many major insurance programs.

MARKETING

We do all the marketing for the group and each individual therapist. Our marketing is geared to provide you with the clientele you want. All our therapists maintain full caseloads.

PAY RATE

Therapists are paid bi-monthly at a guaranteed “Flat Rate” hour plus bonuses. You also receive a 3% IRA match after 1 year. Our therapists do not wait on clients and insurance or processing for payments. Therefore you always know what your pay will be. In addition, yearly bonuses are added based on percentages and hours billed!

SCHEDULING

Our administrative team handles all scheduling based on the schedule the therapists provide. Schedules are flexible with only a minimum requirement of ‘open hours’ per week. You set your schedule and we build your clientele.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

The administrative staff at Gibson Counseling works full time and supports our therapists and their clients with experience, knowledge and dedication. The office staff assists therapists with a multitude of daily needs to help keep the therapists more focused on their counseling and less on clerical issues.

CONSULTATIONS

We offer case consultations with our other therapists in the group. You will greatly benefit from the professionally diverse clinicians within our practice to consult on your client cases.
